We want you to feel confident in your SoSo Swim pieces, which is why we offer returns on all unworn items with original tags and hygiene liners intact within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that shows any sign of wear or missing protective strips.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
